Our Wellbeing Strategy 2020 – 2025 sets out our vision and aims for employee wellbeing. We focus on four integrated pillars of wellbeing: physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing.
Our prevention focussed strategic approach recognises that: our choice of wellbeing initiatives; policies, standards, and practices; individual engagement and behaviours; and leadership and management approach all impact our people’s overall wellbeing at work and our wellbeing culture.
Alongside this our People Plan 2021 -2025 sets out the priorities for our workforce over the coming years, helping us ensure we’re enabling, growing, and equipping our workforce to deliver now and in the future. A core element of this plan being ‘creating a healthy place to work’.
