A warm welcome from our Leader

“We are making great progress at the Council and are seeking people who can help achieve our objectives.

Our focus is our residents and delivering for them. As a coalition administration of independent parties we are proud that we are not influenced by the national party politics dominating local government. We have been given a strong mandate by our residents and within a year we have begun to bring about significant change.

We know that if we are to continue to deliver in the years to come, we must structure our Council so that it is modern; dynamic in the way it delivers services and cost effective in the way it operates.
