This is an exciting opportunity to join Uttlesford District Council at a pivotal time. As Project Manager, you will manage projects within our Corporate Programme, driving strategic change and delivering outcomes that make a real difference to our residents and communities.
You will ensure robust project infrastructure, governance, and alignment with corporate project and programme practice. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will influence and shape projects that support the Council’s transformation journey and help embed learning and skills across the organisation.

About You
We’re looking for an experienced project management professional with:
- Expert knowledge of project and change methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A track record of delivering projects in complex environments
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Relevant qualifications such as APM Practitioner or Prince2 are desirable, and we welcome candidates who are working towards these or willing to obtain them.
