About You:

  • Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent.
  • Registration: Registered with Social sWork England.
  • Skills: Strong practice capability, emotional intelligence, analytical skills, and confidence in challenging situations.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in IT and case recording systems.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Starting Salary: £33,885 per annum for NQSW, rising to £36,101 after ASYE completion.

This role involves travelling around Essex. A driving licence and car - or the ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role through other means - is essential.
