We are looking for a full-time Swim Academy Lead to work at Waterside Farm & Runnymede Leisure Centres who can:
Key Skills and abilities
· Lead and develop the STA Swim Academy across both sites
· Manage and lead the team of swimming instructors
· Excellent Customer Service Skills
· Have health and safety knowledge in relation to swimming pools
Experience
Previous practical experience of 3 years working within the leisure industry and experience in the day to day management of swim schools is essential.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a valid STA Certificate Qualification or equivalent from another Governing Body.
