Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the local curriculum and educational goals, tailored to your specific level of expertise.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and growth among students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and their families, addressing the developmental needs of your designated level.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and local council officials to develop and implement effective teaching strategies relevant to your level of instruction.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay current with the latest educational practices, focusing on your specific level.
  • Cultivate a classroom culture that values diversity, respect, and mutual support, tailored to your students' age and understanding.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant data, reflecting the needs of your level.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Relevant teaching certification and/or licensure as required by local regulations, specific to your level.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a strong dedication to our community's educational success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adapted to the age group you teach.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to address the diverse learning needs of students in your specific level.
  • Commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment, tailored to the age and development stage of your students.
  • Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and actively engage in continuous professional development.
