Please note although the service is primarily based in Chelmsford, the successful candidate will also be supporting either the South (offices in Basildon) or West (offices in Harlow) of Essex.

This role is focused on providing effective and efficient support to the Quadrant in maintaining data using the case management system.

As an effective administrator, this role will develop positive relationships with all staff members whilst utilising the opportunity to deliver an efficient service, undertaking analysis to highlight progress or obstacles to achieving specific outcomes. This will be achieved both Face to Face and virtually.

Accountabilities

  • Be the subject matter expert working with the ASC Mosaic Training team.
  • Work collaboratively with the quadrant to ensure able to maintain accurate information to ensure adequate controls and compliance in place.
  • Provide support for staff for all issues regarding Mosaic including ad hoc training if required.
  • First point of contact for new staff for Mosaic issues.
  • Support the collection of data for statutory returns and all management information.
  • Support the quadrant by undertaking administrative duties to ensure efficiency of the service in meeting regular outputs.
  • Supports the quadrant in maintaining files and records accurately and efficiently, proposing and implementing improvements when required.
  • Responsible for managing all quadrant enquiries and managing outcomes, ensuring escalation managed in timely manner when appropriate.
  • Specific individual and shared targets and objectives are defined annually within the performance management framework.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Educated to GCSE level including Maths and English at a minimum Grade of C or equivalent by experience.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and expert knowledge in relevant professional area.
  • Excellent communication skills and building positive relationships with service users.
  • Experience of working effectively with a range of MS applications and tools.
  • Knowledge and experience of setting up appropriate systems in which to collect and process data.
  • Proficient in attention to detail in checking data and evidencing a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge and experience of using systems effectively for the collection and analysis of data.
  • Awareness of how to utilise IT to establish effective ways to monitor progress and evaluate information.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.

Please note that the job role requires you to be mobile throughout an operational area. Therefore, the post holder will need to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, or the ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role through other means.
