LearnFest is a learning event hosted by Essex County Council, now in its sixth year. The opportunity has historically for internal employees, but we have some exciting news for public sector employees.

This year, for the first time, Essex County Council opens its doors to all public sector employees. Join LearnFest 2024 on Tuesday 3 December and Thursday 5 December, where you can take part in sessions designed to help you build new skills and progress in your career—with exclusive learning and development opportunities tailored to support your personal and professional growth.
