Has your T Level experience been in comparison to your expectations?

“My T level experience has been good so far. This is because I was expecting to be in a very busy and strict work placement. However, at ECC it is a nice relaxed and friendly work environment. I’ve also enjoyed learning all different aspects of business in college.”

What have you found most rewarding about your experience so far?

“I have found working in an office the most rewarding. This is because it would give me more experience and confidence for when I go to work after my T level course. Also, being able to strengthen my Excel skills by doing spreadsheets.”

What do you hope to cover when you return in September?

“When I return in September, I would hope to cover more recruitment-based work, such as scheduling interviews. I would also like to cover phone etiquette as this will benefit me in later life.”

What challenges have you faced and how have you overcome them?

“At the start I lacked confidence with talking to new people, however, as I have been in the work placement for longer I have got to meet new people and talk with different departments. I also found using Microsoft Excel challenging, but as I completed more tasks on Excel I built my confidence with it.”
